PLCA Member Communications

This is a reminder that the PLCA Annual General Meeting will take place on June 14, 2026, at 10: 00 am in the upper rec hall at the park. It is important for Members to attend to stay informed and engaged in the direction of the organization. (Editorial append: A Zoom watching option is available to members (see AGM within Members Topics), however, to vote and participate in the meeting you need to be in person. You may complete a vote proxy form and provide it to another member attending, or send to John, prior to the meeting)

Boat Docks Calcium on Roadways: (emailed to members May 9 2026) 1: Boat Docks:   We are still experiencing high water levels on Pigeon Lake, and we are waiting on the water levels to stabilize so we can assess any damage to the docks, perform repairs and open the basin to boat usage. We do not have a date when the boat basin will be open for docking and we will advise you when a date is known. Until then the boat basin is closed and docking is not permitted.  Storage of boats on sites may continue until this situation is resolved. 2: Calcium applied to Roads:  We will be applying calcium (dust control) to the PLCRroadways onMay 11, 2026, at approx. 10 am until 1 pm. Scheduled Hydro Power Outage: (emailed to members May 1 2026) There is a scheduled Hydro Power outage at PLCA on May 6, 2026, from approx. 9 am until 12:30 pm to facilitate a further upgrade in the Park.
