We received good news from the Health Unit today and we have been given the green light to open the pool tomorrow. I have contacted the lifeguards, and they will be here tomorrow to open the pool.  The pool will be operating its regular hours of 9:00 am – 8:00 pm. Thank you, Katheryne, Resort Manager

Hello Members of PLCA, To help with not sending out multiple emails, in this email there is the following information: New Resort Manager -  Katheryne Jackson New Maintenance Manager – Jamie Sweet Aqua Weed Harvesting - Saturday, August 22, 2026 8:00 am Pool status   I am Katheryne Jackson your new Resort Manager.  I know that it has been a little time since you have heard the news about me being the new Resort Manager, however, there was issue with me getting access to the contacts.  This issue has now been resolved, although I will need some time to update the contact information so I can assure all members are receiving my communications. I am happy to be working at Pigeon Lake Campers Association and in the short time I have been here I have met many great people.  Please have patience during this transitional phase, I realize change is not easy however, I am working on making changes for the good, everything in time...

The pool leak has been dealt with! The pool is currently being filled and when filling is complete, we just have to wait for the Health Unit to clear it for use! Targeting Monday or Tuesday for re-opening.

Sorry to announce the pool will be closed. We have a major water leak and cannot keep the pool at a safe level with 2 hoses running full time. The pumps have been off since yesterday and the water level is still going down. We have contacted our pool contractor and are waiting for an update on time. I am sending this out at the request of the office as there is no easy way to reach the members for them. Thanks for your patience and we will keep you updated. Jim Burrows, Executive Director
